tonight we completed the first Anahata Sacred Sound Foundations certification ✨🫶✨ what began as a idea for a workshop turned into something much deeper ⚡️ in preparation for the workshop i went back through 23 years of notes teachings pitfalls gems experiences organizing everything and what came through became a full course then preparing for the course a book was born 🌱 and it arrived in the mail literally as I was leaving my home temple on my way to our final session tonight divine mother's timing is dope! this Vibe Tribe showed up fully week after week listening opening building relationship with Sacred Sound from crystal bowls✨ to tibetan bowls✨ to supporting instruments✨ to the gongs✨ learning to feel how sound moves through the body temple and the field ✨ tonight each participant stepped forward and guided their own mini sound journey ✨ holding the space feeling the room listening deeply it was powerful to witness we closed with ceremony each person receiving their certification the book and a shirt a full integration of the journey we shared this work continues in every space you enter in every sound you offer listening leads always grateful for this group grateful for this path ॐՏɧԹՌՎɿ ✨
