what’s the difference between
spirit and soul?
imagine universal consciousness
as this infinite ocean
and from this ocean
arise countless waves,
of unique expression
of the same ocean
we could think of spirit as
that universal essence,
and the soul as
its individual expression,
experiencing life
through this beautiful instrument
we call the human body temple
gongs produce
an entire spectrum of frequencies,
harmonics and overtones,
all vibrating together
each frequency has
its own unique expression,
yet they’re all
part of one greater vibration
and when frequencies interact,
they begin to resonate
with one another,
creating new patterns,
new harmonies,
new possibilities
each of us is a wave
in this infinite ocean
of consciousness,
vibrating with
our own unique expression
and although
we may appear separate,
we’re all
unique seasonings
of the same source
the wave
has always been the ocean
I believe we’re here to remember
so as we enter
this ocean of sound,
I invite you to soften
your body temple,
let go of the
illusion of separation,
and experience yourself
as part of this
beautiful symphony of creation
different waves
different frequencies
ONE infinite ocean

Sacred Sound facilitation is not a performance been checkin the temp on the sound healing scene as of late & feeling uninspired by how much of it has become look at me mode there’s a huge responsibility that comes with working with sound & consciousness in a sacred space.. this is literally sound sorcery✨ Sacred Sound opens up the cracks for the light to come in.. sound can open places within that have been boarded up for years.. old pain points, suppressed emotions, traumas etc for nearly 24 years i’ve witnessed, especially working in recovery & detox where people arrive in dark chapters of their lives & week by week begin rising into new octaves of themSelves as the residue purges out.. & purge really is just another name for exorcism.. so many times people share with me that they've seen smoke being released from them.. this is sacred work & deserves profound reverence the intention, the space, the participants, the cosmic timing of the eternal NOW.. everything contributes to the experience personally i see the gong as my cosmic dance partner.. & she leads i listen.. i invite.. i follow the deeper i learn to listen, the more i innerstand the importance of getting myself out of the way become so grounded in stillness that whatever harmonizing seasonings want to come through can gracefully flow naturally a single sound invited with pure intention can open more than a hundred played without presence.. & often silence is really the most powerful medicine of the moment we’re not there to impose our energy, entertain, or demonstrate our abilities we’re there to hold Sacred Space for those who may be surrendering into deeply vulnerable places within themSelves as Sound facilitators i believe we are Divine Mirrors, reflecting the highest possibilities of those receiving through the medicine of sound & that requires a lot more than knowing how to play an instrument less ego.. more listening less spectacle.. more Sacred Presence the Sound is always the guide we are here to listen to what she offers ✺Պṧℏᾰℵт! ✨🪞✨
